Coaches, counselors, educators, parents, wellness professionals – anyone who wants to help children move from Anxious to Awesome™. Learn simple and effective tools for children to become the captain of their own ship and sail on to calmer waters.
Children's mental health is in crisis. It's an unprecedented national emergency. Even before the pandemic, rates of depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns among kids were on the rise. The pandemic has made it worse - disrupting learning, relationships, and routines while increasing isolation.
If you work with (or have) kids, you've seen it for yourself.
We are living in a paradox where we've never been better off and more in peril at the same time. What's happening? How can we put the pieces together to solve this mental health puzzle?
We have a positive, practical, proactive system that works.
In This Free Workshop:
- Discover and learn how to resolve the root cause of anxiety
- Find out why cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) doesn't always work...and what else to try
- Learn how to address the whole child - mind/body/spirit - for optimal results
- Understand how to support kids' mental health while maintaining yours
- Support families with a system of wellbeing that works
-
Take away practical, simple and effective tools to share with the children in your life
Anxious to Awesome™ is a system based on the therapeutic applications of Yoga. This is a traditional system of mental/emotional development that is being further validated by modern neuroimaging techniques. It's a comprehensive system for self-development and mastery at every level of our being. You can think of this as the original psychology.
It's an unsurpassed method to address mental health. There are no addictions or side-effects. It’s a self-initiated, low cost, easy-to-access wellness strategy for life. It is both a system and a mindset.
We’re changing the conversation around the mind and emotions. Join us!
I have already introduced the Captain's Log and the Stressometer (to an 8-year old boy with extreme, school-related anxiety). At the end of the session, the captain reported being "on the green," which meant totally calm. Thank you for all the tools. It's going to be a game-changer for many kids and their adults.
