Yoga does help develop flexibility - but of the mind, not just the body.
 
Yoga is the practice of putting the puzzle pieces of different aspects of yourself together so that you have a holistic experience of who you are.  Sounds good right? The cool thing is that these tools from Yoga are simple and accessible.
 
Thousands of years ago, yogis were investigating their minds in a detailed way. You can think of Yoga as the original psychology. It’s stood the test of time. Modern neuro-imaging techniques can now validate how and why it works.
 
Mira has been studying this original psychology since she was 14 years old. She’s been teaching this to children and families since 1999. In 2012, she became a certified Yoga therapist.
