It's your secret weapon, your superpower, and it’s not as hard to do as you may think. It can help you to be open, clear and relaxed.

There are several methods. In this video, I'll show you “open pasture” meditation. 

Watch your mind wander like a cow grazing in an open pasture. It helps you become more aware of your mind which is incredibly empowering! 

Try it. We recommend just two minutes to start a habit of meditation.

This practice is great for families. Watch it together a few times and then set that timer for two minutes.

The more you practice, the more comfortable it will be AND the more awesome benefits you’ll experience.
